Order process

Pre-order Items:

All pre-orders come with a 3-day cooling-off period. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it will have been paid to the supplier to support production. Once production is complete, we will send customers a shipping invoice email with a link to pay the final balance. The deadline for the final payment will be clearly stated in the email. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the order. After the customer completes the final payment, we will ship the item to the address provided with the final payment.

In-stock Items:

Upon receiving an in-stock order, we will send the customer an email with a link to a shipping invoice for payment of the shipping fee. The shipping fee is determined based on the package size. Once the final shipping fee is paid, we will ship the item to the address provided with that payment.
